Velqento Real Estate S.A. ("Velqento", "we") is an Argentine company with registered offices at Av. del Libertador 2456, Floor 8, C1425AAS, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. This policy describes how we handle your personal data when you visit velqento.com or interact with our real estate crowdlending services.
2. Legal framework
We comply with Argentine Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data, its complementary rules issued by the Access to Public Information Agency (AAIP) and, where applicable, with the guidelines of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 for visitors from the European Economic Area.
3. Data we collect
We only collect what is necessary: name, email address and the message you send through the contact form. In addition, when you authorise it through our cookie banner, we may collect technical identifiers, browsing data and aggregated metrics about your interaction with the site.
4. Purpose of processing
Your data is used to reply to your enquiries, provide information about projects, comply with legal and regulatory obligations applicable to crowdlending and — only when you consent — measure site performance and personalise advertising communications.
5. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, prior, express and informed consent, on the fulfilment of legal obligations and on our legitimate interest in operating and improving the platform.
6. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. We share information with infrastructure, analytics and advertising providers (such as Google Ads and Google Analytics 4) that operate under data processing agreements and honour the consent state set through Consent Mode v2.
7. International transfers
When it is essential to transfer data outside Argentina, we apply standard contractual clauses and mechanisms recognised by the AAIP to ensure an adequate level of protection.
8. Retention
We keep the data only for the time required for the purposes described and up to five additional years due to accounting, tax and regulatory requirements linked to the financial sector.
9. Your rights
You can access, rectify, update, delete and object to the processing of your data, as well as withdraw previously given consents. Write to hola@velqento.com indicating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a valid form of identification.
10. Supervisory authority
If you consider that your rights have not been properly addressed, you may file a claim with the Access to Public Information Agency, located at Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, Floor 2, CABA.
